Network in Style: High Tea at the Mayflower

It’s not August without the return of AWC-DC’s most popular event! (Only the location has changed this year, not the fun or the networking opportunities)

You and your colleagues are invited to the annual AWC-DC August Tea at the Mayflower. Network surrounded by the timeless elegance of this historic, luxury hotel near Dupont Circle, "opened in 1925 and quickly labeled Washington, DC's 'Second Best Address' by President Harry Truman."

This always popular event attracts a sociable crowd of members and non-members, so wear your hat and mingle with communications professionals in Washington D.C.'s landmark hotel, known as the "Progressive Grand Dame of the Nation's Capital."

You'll enjoy a selection of tea sandwiches, miniature scones and pastries, chocolate-covered strawberries, clotted double cream, homemade lemon curd, and a wide variety of loose tea.
