What:
"Women and the Art of Leadership"
The time is now. The evolution of women, power, leadership and business have brought us to this point where discussions of the importance of leadership tactics have given way to discussions of the art of leadership. In this new environment, collaboration, communication, creativity and compassion must take greater roles to enable American business to reach its next level of effectiveness. Women at all levels in their organizations are the logical and natural leaders for implementation of this change. Come with us and explore what you need to bring forward in your own life to take your leadership to its next level of effectiveness. Come join us as we step together into the art of leadership.
