Through anecdote,Shipman and Kay explore their own experiences along with those of professional women across the country. Claire Shipman is currently the Senior National Correspondent for "Good Morning America" and a regular on "This Week with George Stephanopoulos." She has also served as the White House correspondent for NBC News and as a reporter for CNN in Moscow.
