Virtually all e-mail users come to a point where they suffer information
overload - too many messages, too little time. Dr. Finn will discuss the
latest trends and will highlight a number of steps you can take to streamline
your management of e-mail messages, defend against spam and instantly
cut through urban legends and virus hoaxes.
