What:
Join us for our Fall kick-off program!
Topic: CHANGING TIMES, CHANGING COMMUNICATIONS
How have changing attitudes and perceptions shaped how we communicate,
both in business and in the media, over the past year? John Kamp, an attorney
with the firm of Wiley Rein & Fielding, will provide a provocative
perspective on what's been happening in communications since 9/11. Mr.
Kamp spent 10 years with the FCC and another 10 years as a lobbyist with
the American Association of Advertising Agencies. He has a Ph.D. from
Iowa and a law degree from Tulsa University, where he also acted as an
advisor to the local AWC chapter. He represents clients such as the FCC,
FTC and FDA on a variety of issues including advertising, privacy, and
telemarketing.
