The members of AWC-DC strongly encourage and support student participation in chapter activities. The organization offers local students tremendous opportunities to learn about careers in communications and to network with women in those fields.
Student Chapters
In addition to participating
in professional chapter events, students can join the student
chapter at their college or university. Some of these student chapters
have their own web sites.
Students or faculty interested in starting a chapter should contact Amanda Hofstetter (amandajanehofstetter@hotmail.com).
